Hassan brings over 12 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of delivering projects valued at over £300 million across the UK and UAE. As a valued member of the Leadership Team at Boulevard Construction, Hasan plays a central role in leading the firm’s development strategy — ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, value, and client satisfaction.

A First-Class Honours graduate in Accounting, Hassan is also a qualified ACCA and ICAEW Chartered Accountant. His career began at Ernst & Young Global, where he spent 8 years developing deep expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and commercial operations — foundations that now drive his sharp, delivery-focused approach to development.

Hassan is recognised for his ability to balance financial precision with a clear understanding of design, construction, and end-user needs. He works closely with clients and partners to ensure every project is not only commercially sound, but thoughtfully executed from concept through to completion.

Peter has spent over 15 years delivering consulting and transactional solutions across Prime Central London Real Estate; with a strong focus on strategic advisory, sales growth, delivery and executive engagement. Peter joined Boulevard Construction as Operations Director and brings with him not only a wealth of experience, commitment to clients and drive for continuous improvement but also a passion for combining strategic thinking, relationship building and sector insight.

Peter leads the formulation and execution of the group's strategy to ensure that both the businesses growth plans are achieved and that they align with the group's wider overall strategy and commitment to clients.

Being described as "Sociable, compelling, naturally personable and one who finds it easy to understand other's needs", Peter calls upon his huge consulting experience to enable him to fully understand the pivotal motivators, inhibitors and ambitions of his clients and to enable the business to be perfectly positioned to deliver upon those objectives.

Michael brings over 15 years of experience in both construction and development across the UK. Since joining Boulevard Construction in 2023, he has contributed invaluable civil and structural engineering expertise, playing a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects.

Tasked with overseeing schemes valued up to £100 million, Michael is known for his ability to resolve complex challenges and deliver practical, effective solutions on even the most challenging sites. His reputation for clarity, efficiency, and technical excellence ensures every project progresses smoothly, on time, and within budget.
