Given the remote location of this site, the supply of utilities services including water, electricity and telecoms proved most the challenging aspect. The discharge of all material planning consent conditions also presented a challenge to the programme period.

This project is nearing completion by Boulevard Construction and provides much needed housing in the area and is also ahead of programme by 3 months.
