Boulevard Construction took over the project following the previous contractor and developer entering into receivership. To dissect both old and new building regulations, to deliver a building control and planning consent compliant project. Changes to both fire regulations and fire strategy, led to further challenges and necessary adjustments to satisfy the building control requirements and specified materials. Challenging and distressed, however being a specialist in this field, we manoeuvred confidently and swiftly.

Obtaining an EWS1 form for a project which commenced prior to the introduction of the form and material changes. Adapting and adjusting in order to remain compliant, stay ahead of schedule and on budget. Completed 4 months ahead of programme, due to Boulevard Construction’s focus, specialisation and expertise in such distressed schemes/scenarios.
