The project is located above Network Rail tunnels and as such requires a Basic Asset Protection Agreement and tunnel monitoring. The process is typically both lengthy and in depth, however our highly experienced specialist team- members within Boulevard Construction enable this process to be seamless and prompt, avoiding unwanted and lengthy delays. The design will be largely completed prior to commencement, as is typically the case when dealing with a BAPA and ground monitoring.
