Merry Hill Road, Bushey

Logistically challenging site, with little room for materials or manoeuvrability. Being positioned directly outside a primary school on a residential road, the planning consent required us to implement a full logistic management system who were based within the delivery holding area, to avoid congestion within the neighbourhood.

Project was successfully completed by Boulevard Construction providing 6 highly demanded, top-spec luxury homes; 5 months ahead of programme.
