Boulevard Construction successfully submitted and obtained discharge of all planning conditions applied across 3 separate applications. This required intricate and regular negotiations with Uttlesford District Council. Approval of specified materials and signoff took an extremely long period of time and required a coordinated approach with our suppliers.

The project is being completed ahead of programme, within budget and without any contractor variations.
