CHALLENGE:
With the recent change in building regulations and the introduction of the BSR regulations, the design was reconfigured mid-way through the project. As such we introduced a secondary staircase to serve the larger section of the project. Notwithstanding all the above challenges, Boulevard Construction were able to complete the project 2 months ahead of programme.
